Hagat is a super-app: one Flutter codebase serves five kinds of user, each with its own flows, on a Laravel 12 and Filament 4 backend.
Five roles, one app
Customers, merchants, service providers, delivery drivers and field agents all use the same app. It covers deals, delivery, a marketplace, a coin-based loyalty system, auctions, chat and group orders.
The admin side
The Filament panel tracks SLA queues and shows live drivers on a map, so operations can see where every order stands and who is on the road.
