Overview

AqarDesk

Multi-tenant SaaS CRM for Egyptian real-estate brokers, covering listings, off-plan inventory, leads, installment sales and WhatsApp lead capture. Arabic-first with full RTL.

AqarDesk is a CRM built for real-estate brokers, running many brokerage firms on one system with each firm's data fully isolated from the others.

What the system does

It covers the parts of a brokerage that usually live in scattered spreadsheets: property inventory shown on a map, leads tracked from first contact through to a closed deal, installment sales with their payment schedules, project and contact records, and a daily working view for agents. Leads arriving over WhatsApp land in the same pipeline as everything else.

The hard part

Tenant isolation. Every query has to be provably scoped to one firm, and that guarantee cannot come at the cost of the map view, which is the screen brokers keep open all day and the one that pulls the largest result sets. The interface is Arabic-first with full RTL throughout.
