Vitrine sells furniture online and through physical branches, so the storefront carries a wider job than a pure e-commerce site: it has to close online orders and send people to a branch without losing them either way. The work here was conversion and average-order-value focused.
Raising order value
The lever is the room package: *furnish your home* bundles that sell a bedroom, living and dining set together instead of a single piece, discounted against buying separately. These get their own navigation entry and their own homepage block rather than sitting inside a generic collection.
Catalogue and trust
The catalogue is deep, covering furniture, lighting, accessories, outdoor, mirrors, décor and per-room sets, so category filtering and custom collection pages do most of the navigation work. Around them sit the things a furniture buyer checks before committing: branch locations, delivery or branch pickup, a 14-day return window, installment payments up to 12 months, and an FAQ that answers the in-person questions directly.
